CONDITIONING, WEIGHT LOSS AND WEIGHT GAIN

Whether your goal is to build muscle mass, toning your body or increasing your  physical endurance, I develop programs that   focus on these targeted goals to help you get the results you are looking for. While there are different exercises and workout techniques that help you gain the results you want,  not every exercise, piece of equipment or technique works for every person.  I have years of experience understanding how individual's bodies respond to various techniques or routines and can find the right exercise for you that will help you achieve the results you are looking for. 

Training style ranges from resistance training, HIIT,  TRX, core exercises and weights. 

REHABILITATION

Previous injuries can be an obstacle for some people to feel comfortable getting back into working out. Over the years, I have developed a variety of techniques that follow physical therapy concepts, mixed with flexibility training . Understanding each person's limitations and having the expertise to work through those limitations in a safe technique is key.  I have been through rehabilitation on many sports related injures as well as surgeries and understand the frustration and challenges there are into getting back into shape post injury or surgery. 

 

SELF DEFENSE

I have studied Krav Maga, Mauy Thai Kick Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jistu  and Aikido.  With my military experience and training with professional and semi-professionals , I use my experience to help you develop mental and physical awareness while improving your physical and cardiovascular strength. 

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING

Being very active in sports at an early age, my main focus was soccer and tennis.  I played these competitively all the way through my college career. I also coached soccer and tennis to people of various age groups.  

I pursued a career in sports recreation management with an emphasis on weight training and coaching and use my coaching background to help clients improve upon  their technique and form,  focusing on a variety of drills  and sport specific exercises. 

LOCATION AND SESSIONS  

I train clients at my private gym, at your home gym or condo/apartment fitness facility, outside or online. 

 

Sessions are 55 minutes.  I offer a 12 week  package deal, private or semi-private sessions (up to 3 people per session)  to fit  within your lifestyle timeframe and budget.
